About Ed Beard, Jr.

Mr. Beard has been in the mortgage industry for over 14 years and has been in the Real Estate Industry for more than 19 years. He also has experience in wholesale mortgage lending, as well as extensive banking experience. Mr. Beard spent over 5 years in real estate, working in both commercial and residential. He holds a GRI designation (Graduate Realtors Institute – used to be a pre-requisite for the CCIM designation) and a CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist).

Mr. Beard has been a long time active member of NAR, the Atlanta Board of Realtors, and the Cobb Association of Realtors. He has also been a long time member of the Women’s Council of Realtors.

Mr. Beard is a graduate of University of Arkansas, Little Rock, and holds a BBA in Finance, with a double emphasis on real estate and securities.
